Board of Directors

The Board shall consist of not more than ten directors, of whom:

- at least two shall be members of the Industry; and
- at least one shall be an Executive Director;

No person shall be appointed as a Director without the prior approval of the FSC pursuant to Section 24 of the Financial Services Act 2007.
